Rocky Horror at ASOC Playhouse

Rocky Horror at ASOC

The Astor Street Opry Company presents “The Rocky Horror Picture Show”, October 27th, 10-midnight, at the ASOC Playhouse, 129 W. Bond Street in Uniontown, Astoria. This is a one-night only event, and to ensure you can fully participate in the movie, we are offering a $15 Bag of Swag that includes an event T-shirt and all the things you’ll need to take part in this cult-classic event!

WARNING: The Rocky Horror Picture Show is not recommended for the easily offended. this show deals with MATURE subject matters in an IMMATURE way.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show was a movie made in 1975 staring Tim Curry as cross dressing alien. It took on cult status in the 80’s, as people attending dress in costume and throw things like hot dogs, rice, and confetti. Before you set off to your Rocky Horror Picture Show screening, dress the part! Basques, suspenders and high heels are popular for girls and boys, doctors’ scrubs, or, indeed, a copy of any costume worn in the show. Whatever you do, don’t dress in jeans and a T-shirt, nor anything that might get spoiled if you get doused in water!

Our OLCC and health permits do not allow you to bring in food or beverages to our theater, so if you want to throw things, get our Bag of Swag that includes an event t-shirt!

Tickets are $10 for General Admission, and $15 for the Bag of Swag. Tickets are available now by clicking here.

This event is a fundraiser for the Astor Street Opry Company, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Community Theatre organization. We need your support to keep our theater open and available to both the arts community and general public. Please remember it is your support that keeps year-round Community Theatre programming for all ages alive and thriving in Clatsop County!
